Lieutenant Theodore Tjoe appeared in "The Prince", as commanding the "Alliance War", defense cutter of the Ne'Hollandar Noble Protectorate. He tried to collect Prince Erik from the Andromeda, but was rebuffed by Dylan Hunt.
