the alliance is mentioned firstly in Season 2 Episode 5 "Last Call at the Broken Hammer". This is the Alliance formed by Isabella Ortiz, destroyed by the Kalderans and then reformed and joined the Restored Commonwealth, in which Ortiz was a Triumvir.
