Overview[]
The Society of Starry Wisdom consisted of survivors of the High Guard vessel Starry Wisdom, which was lost during the Fall of the Systems Commonwealth, as a result of the Nietzschean Uprising. However, members of the crew were rallied under the banner of Sara Riley, along with those of the Andromeda Ascendant, who took them to a remote planet in the Triangulum Galaxy known as Tarazed, where they became the last haven of the Commonwealth. Once there, the descendants of the crew of the Starry Wisdom survived for the next three centuries, forming the Society of Starry Wisdom as a social group for those descended from that vessel.
Captain Dylan Hunt, after arriving on Tarazed, learned of the existence of both the Andromeda Association and the Society of Starry Wisdom when he visited the colony. ("Home Fires")
