Shura Ikusa was a leader of a wing of a Free Trade Alliance enforcers. She gave Dylan a flexi containing information about the Restor flagship, the Commonwealth Siege Perilous Class destroyer, the Balance of Judgment. She is later killed by the Balance of Judgment in an ambush. ("Star-Crossed")
