Biography[]
RBarton appeared in "The Eschatology of Our Present" as head of the Technology Police. He tries to threaten Dylan and get on board the Andromeda, but fails. He tortures Beka's father, Avineri, and is finally killed inside the Wall of Remembrance in a shoot out with Dylan and Rhade.
