The New Systems Commonwealth is a wiki-based reference on Wikia for the television series "Andromeda"

Welcome to Andromeda Intro Screen to Andromeda Andromeda was conceived by Gene Roddenberry in the early 70's and Post-Humously produced on his behalf by his widow Majel Barrett. Captain Dylan Hunt is a member of the Systems Commonwealth's High Guard, he and his ship the Andromeda Ascendant are frozen in time, to awake 300 years in the future where he discovers that the Commonwealth has fallen and the universe has fallen into chaos, with the strong preying on the weak. Hunt decides to change all of this. And so with a new crew Hunt sets out to create a new Commonwealth and bring order to a chaotic galaxy. With this impossible task infront of him Dylan must come up with a way to convince races to sign up while fighting off some of the galaxys worst enemies. Such as the Magog, Spirit of the Abyss, and the Nietzscheans while dealing with the problems and betrayals of the members of his new crew. “The long night has come.
