Vice-Admiral Kosugi was the commander of the Sabra-Jaguar Pride detachment during the Battle of Samsarra. He and his forces withdrew from Samsarra to defend Venceremos and quoted some obscure paragraph of the mutual defense pact when Rommie told him that Dylan wouldn't approve. ("Point of the Spear")
